House Sitter Pricing

I offer premium 24-hour ‘live-in’ pet sitting services for dogs, cats, small animals and house sitting.

Pricing from April 2026

Minimum booking length
I charge per 24-hour period, and from 6th April 2026 the minimum will be 2 x 24-hour periods for existing clients, and 3 x 24-hour periods for new clients.  Please note that I don’t offer standalone day sits.

Travel supplement
If you’re based outside my usual 8-mile service area around Holmes Chapel, a £15 travel supplement will apply per new booking made after April 2026.

Service Pricing

24 Hour Dog Sitting (per 24 hrs)                                                                                    £80 for first dog + £10 for each extra dog or + £5 for a cat

  24 Hour Cat Sitting (per 24 hrs)                                                                                        £80 for first 2 cats + £5 for any extra cats

24 Hour Small/Exotic Animal Sitting (per 24 hrs)                              £80 for first 2 habitats + £5 for each extra habitat

24 Hour House Sitting (per 24 hrs)                                                                               £80 includes 3 hours of light chores

Travel Supplement (out of service area only)                                          £15

What's included?

For your pet:

  • A tailored daily care schedule — no request is too much!
  • Frequent high-quality photo and video updates
  • 1h 30 mins GPS-tracked dog walks per 24 hours (or playtime for cats!)
  • Daily health and welfare monitoring
  • Medication support including injections (if required)
  • Daily brushing and teeth cleaning (if required)
  • Playtime, enrichment, cuddles
  • Dog waste disposal, cat litterbox cleaning
  • A minimum of 20 hours out of 24 hours spent with your pets (Constant Care available for an extra supplement)

For you:

  • I arrive and leave at a time of your choosing (early mornings or late nights are no problem!)
  • Your house kept very clean and tidy
  • Post and package reception
  • Plants and garden watering
  • Groceries obtained for your arrival home (if required)
  • I bring all my own food and drink with me - nothing is required from you
  • Bins put out and brought in
